Due to the nature of digital coaching content and online training programmes, all purchases made through Outta Bounds Golf Academy are generally non-refundable once access to the content has been granted.

By purchasing an online coaching programme, video lesson, or training course through our website, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You will receive immediate access to digital coaching materials.

  • By accessing the content, you waive your statutory 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

  • Once access to the coaching content has begun, refunds will not be issued.

If you experience technical issues preventing access to the programme, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.

Outta Bounds Golf Academy reserves the right to review refund requests on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
